How Querynza handles personal data and the content you connect.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and sign-in security information.
  • Your content: the websites, documents and text you connect, and the settings of your bots.
  • Conversations: what visitors ask your bots and the answers, and any details visitors choose to share (for example in a lead form).
  • Technical data: logs needed to run, secure and debug the service, such as IP addresses and request times.

2. How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for: reading and indexing your content, answering questions, showing you conversations and analytics, keeping the service secure, billing, and support. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train AI models.

3. AI providers

To answer questions, the relevant parts of your content and the visitor’s question are sent to an AI provider. With platform-funded AI, that is a provider we contract with. With your own key, it is the provider you chose, under your account and that provider’s terms.

4. Your AI provider keys

Keys you add in the dashboard are encrypted in your browser before they are sent, stored only in encrypted form, bound to your workspace, and opened only inside our isolated AI service, in memory, while it calls your provider. They are never displayed, logged or exported — including to our staff, who can only disable or delete a key.

Full details are in section 5 of our Terms.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. A deleted AI key is erased immediately.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each workspace is isolated at the database level, and access by our staff is limited, recorded in an audit log, and never includes your AI keys.

7. Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us at our contact page.
